Loren Weinberg was born in the Miami area and is a lifelong resident of South Florida. As a 2005 Cum Laude graduate from the University of Miami with a Degree in Real Estate Finance, and extensive studies including both Accounting & Business Law, Loren’s career began to take shape while still attending University. Working for the highly respected Lennar Corporation during his studies and after graduation, Loren’s career with Lennar encompassed over 4 years. While there, Loren ran several sales center offices and later went into Corporate Tax as a member of the Lennar corporate offices.

Loren is currently affiliated with SJ Grant Realty. An impressive, energetic, and full service real estate company, SJ Grant creatively approaches the market in an effort to maximize its client’s potential and give them the competitive edge.
